Our secondary negotiating team is in the 
rocess of collecting job
descriptions from department heads to determine
"positions of added responsibility". A small committee of secondary
teacher/librarians has been struck to write a sample
job description but I would really like to see some samples before we
hand over the finished product.

You could fax them to this number (519)660-1406 or send along an e-mail.
Anything you could send would help at this
end!!

This won't be much help tonight, but I know there is a book on out of date
laws.  The title is something like _You can't eat peanuts in church_ with
a subtitle that has something to do with obsolete laws.  Sorry I can't be
more help.
