Liz,Two things. One, I feel happy about reading pro lit at work because it directly affects good practice by informing me. I do get pangs of guilt being seen reading a mag at work for whatever reason, so I might do it, say, between collaborations or after a busy session. A better way is to curl up with a glass of whatever and read and browse at home. Make it a treat. In re: info overload, I write websites on my desk calendar (big flat one on my desktop) and then route them to appropriate teachers. I keep a copy for myself. This is easier to file away, and is also a valuable communication tool with teachers. Hope it helps!
