Dear LmNetters, Earlier this summer, I had targeted your experience with quality listserves and elists. I got some wonderful, helpful responses, and used them to produce a web page for a course that I will be teaching. I really think this page might be helpful to those of you who want to encourage your teachers to "dip their toes in the listserve waters." Because I think the shear number of possible lists can frustrate teachers, I tried to make the list one of quality rather than quantity. http://polk.ga.net/roadblocks/elists.html The syllabus for the course that I will teach is posted at: http://polk.ga.net/roadblocks/level_ii_workshop.html Some of it only applies to Polk School District, but there are also pages of general interest. Links are provided for web pages I have done on lesson plan pages, kids search engines, and using video in the classroom. Also, if you haven't seen the "Copyright Bay" site, check out that link. It's a flashy way to teach a dull subject.
