Flex Scheduling Problems

To solve the needs of teachers for a "library time" which is consistant
every week, here is what I do:
On the master schedule, each time period has 2 columns.  One column is
for the teacher to sign up for a 15-20 minute check out only time.  The
other column is for teachers to sign up for times in which they expect
me to be teaching a lesson/or they are coming for research etc.
  We often have 2 classes in the library at the same time..
