TECH: Media Distribution Systems

I have been asked to check on two media distribution systems and the
companies that are installing them. (We have received bids and are trying to
decide awarding them.)

If you have either of the following systems and/or companies, I would
greatly appreciate knowing how long you have had the system, how smoothly
installation went, tech support, any problems, etc. Thank you very much for
your help.
