TARGET: Ideas?

I am making a change from a middle school to an elementary school.  The
school serves K-5.  Even though I have taught elementary for over 10 years, I
am coming up blank on new school year start up ideas.  The media center is
fairly small and is in much need of new life!  Any and all ideas will be
appreciated to help ease the helplessness I am feeling right now.  Thanks,
everyone.
