Fixed Schedule

Hello,
We are still working on our research project on flexible scheduling.  Thanks
to the many who have responded and generously answered our survey.  Now we
would like to know if there is anyone out there who is using a fixed schedule
and likes it.  If so we would appreciate hearing from you about the up side
of having a fixed schedule.
