The address to Thorndike is wrong.  It should be:  http://www.mlr.com
This is the Macmillan Reference Library which will take you to the Scribner
publishers' area which takes you to G.K. Hall (Thorndike!)--don't you just
love corporate take-overs?

Sorry for the mistake...my contacts are resting for the night and I misread
my own typing!
