ELEM: Thanks for flex schedule solutions

Dear all,
  Thank you for helping me with my flexible scheduling problems.  I am going to
implement some of your suggestions and will try to thank each of you
individually.
  I spoke with my principal today about this and other issues.  He said that he
didn't want anyone signing up for more than 3 weeks in advance.
