title VI

This spring I asked about Title VI funds for libraries and received good
information from my colleagues here on lm_net.  I remember going to an
ed.gov web site which gave information about our district's allocation for
next year.  I can't figure out how to do that now.  Does anyone know?  I'd
like to go ahead and purchase some material and reassure my principal that
there will be Title VI funding to cover the cost.  Thanks!
