Hello

A colleague sent the following to our list and I felt that perhaps you
could answer her better.  She is developing a web site for special needs
kids, teachers, and parents.

I am interested to learn about how others feel about how school systems
handle special education and kids who have difficulties in regular
classrooms.  What do you think should be the responsibilities of the
student, the regular classroom teacher and any special education
instructors?
