Oops!!  I forgot the following response.

I purchased the Show-URL Bookmark utility.  See description below.  I have
also listed their website.  You can download a trial copy.

Description

Need to print off a list of saved bookmarks / favorites as a list of URLs?
Have a list of bookmarks/favorites/hotspots/URLs you would like to print out
or distribute to other people?
Want to clean up your bookmark files for distribution?
Want to export bookmark files as plain text?

You can do none of the above easily in NetScape, MSIE, and many other
browsers - because they print ONLY the description of the link, not the
address of the actual URL.

With Show-URL, you can now PRINT your bookmark files with their descriptions,
as well as their actual URL address.  It is as easy as pressing a single
button and your original bookmark file remains unmodified.
