Rainbows

Hi All!  Field Day is coming!  I need some creative input from this group.
My K-2 school holds a multidisciplinary field day.   This year's theme is
RAINBOWS.  I need some good literature activities that will hold student's
interest for about 25 minutes.  It will be separated into grades and I'll
have 4 classes at a time.  I found one Draw and Tell Story that will work
for 2nd graders.  Any more suggestions?  I'm not a performer so please
don't ask me to act out anything.  I also don't have time to put together
a puppet show.

I'm not sure I agree with this approach to field day - I believe it should
be entirely outdoors doing physical activities but my principal wants
music, library and art to be involved.
