GEN: Student Web Picture warning

Dear All,

An article appeared in the Asbury Park(NJ)Press today regarding parents
who are suing the local school board (Dover in Morris County)for $10
million for using pictures of their children on a school web site
without their permission. The attorney for the parents claim that "
pictures of the children, their names and addresses and a list of school
trips with dates, times and places appeared on the school's web site."
He also claims that the pictures were used without the parents
permission and is an invasion of privacy.
If I hear any more of this case I will send it along.
