firm and trustworthy adult.

+A warm smile can make someone's day and make you feel better, too.

+Expect to make mistakes.
+Forgive those who don't understand the role of a LMS.
+You are a professional, you are there to provide a service.

+EVERYONE has a problem that needs attention NOW!
