Ebsco replacement

I am sure there has been major discussion as to the strengths and
weaknesses of online periodicals database subscriptions, but until the
present it has not been an issue with me and I have not followed that
discussion closely.
Our service to Ebsco will be discontinued since we are changing our
internet service provider.  This leaves us without a subscription.  My
administration has asked that I research possible replacement services.
The three with which I am familiar are Ebsco, Proquest, and Lexus Nexus.
I would greatly appreciate any information--price comparison, etc--from
any of you who use these or other comparable services.
