Dear Wise Ones,
We were informed by AT&T today that they are changing the Learning
Points program. We were sent a list of existing points plus a bonus of 4
months points. If we want to redeem them we must do so by July.
We are considering a choice of 2 digital cameras: Afga 780 or Casio
QV-770. If anyone has one of these and would like to give me a review,
please respond to me at home:

Re: Manners
I usually tell my polite students to tell their Moms that they have
"good home training". This is a phrase from my schooling and always
results in all the remaining children on line saying "Thank you" in
hopes of a compliment. We DO have a responsibility to teach more than
the curriculum. For some of our students, we are their only professional
role models.

Dear colleagues,
Have any of you had any experience with combining a tech lab with a
library with a communications (newspaper, yearbook) area? Not
necessarily in the same place, but in the same pod or contiguous. One
of our high schools who is remodeling is toying with the possibility and
would like to know if it works and under what conditions? TIA
