TARGET: SEC: Video on factory and/or mill disaster

One of my history teachers is looking for a video he remembers seeing in
high school (about six years ago).  The video is about a factory, or
possibly a mill, that burned in the early part of this century.  Many
workers were killed because this was the era before safety standards.
Can anyone identify this video or suggest something similar for a high
school U.S. history class?  Thank you,
