Tech: Explorer Favorites

I am using Internet Explorer 4.0.  I use various computers through out the
day and want my favorites folder to follow me.  I want to put the favorites
folder on our server so I can access them from any computer in my building.
How can I get Explorer to recognize the favorite folder when it is not the
hard drive, in the Windows folder.
