LM_NET 03/08/99: No Subject

My computers, my VCRs, even my wristwatch want to know EXACTLY what time it
is.  So do I.  How do you access the precise time?  I've tried using the
moment that local TV stations cut to their network feeds on the hour, but
even that is not always reliable.
