Target: Court Martial Statistics

This is an extra credit question that has so far eluded resolution by
several libraries and librarians.   Now, I just want to find the
answer!!
Here are the questions:
    How many blacks were court martialed in WW II ?
    How many whites?
    How many of each race were court martialed in the 5 years following
WW II?

We have checked all our holdings on WWII; the Internet at sites as
diverse as : court-martial.gov, govbot, govnet,  judge adjutants office,
blacks in WWII webpage, World War II sites as we could find them  ----
nothing.  Our regional library suggested that we call the Dept. of
Defense library, but we haven't done that. (The regional library
couldn't find anything either)
None of us can believe that we haven't found these answers, because it
seems relatively  easy.  Any suggestions?  By the way, the teacher
doesn't have the answers.
