Gen: Adaptive computers for the disabled

We currently have no computer technology for students with severe
disabilities.  What are good sources for information on touch screens,
large screens, voice activation, etc.

Does anyone have experience with these?  Are there brands to buy and brands
to stay away from?  What types of software are best?
