Charge for printing

We are considering charging for students and adult patrons to print..
Patrons will have the option of choosing a laser printer or an ink jet
printer.  What do other schools or public libraries do?  Do schools charge
for students printing in the computer labs? If so what is the policy.  What
types of printouts do you charge for and what is the cost?  Please reply
