In Nebraska we have ESUs--Educational Service Units. In Iowa there are AEAs--Area Education Agencies. These are centrally located service centers that provide a variety of services such as lending libraries, testing, computer training and internet provider, cooperative orders, and science materials to participating school districts. Both states are broken down into regions with each region providing services for many school districts. My question: Do other states have these and if so what are they called?
