TECH: Games removal

Colleagues:

I have 3 Win95 and 7 Win98 computers in the library. I can't seem to keep
the games off of them. Our tech guy has shown me how to take them off, and
has taken them off himself. They keep coming back. I think the problem is
that the entire Win95/98 cd has been copied to the hard drive, so that when
I delete the games I'm really just deleting a copy of them. Any ideas about
a permanent deletion?
