TECH: FrontPage mentor needed

I have 3 books and have taken the introductory course in our adult ed. but
now I need a mentor who would be willing to answer 3-4 questions a week by
e-mail.  My first one is how I can work on my library web page at home and
at school.  The program doesn't seem to allow you to save to floppies.
