GEN: Employment Ideas

Hello everyone,
I have recently made one of the hardest decision of my life- to leave my
full time job as an elementary school library media specialist to stay
home with my two small children. The reason for my posting is twofold.

1. I would like to tap into the wisdom of this group to find out what
types of things other people have done with their library degrees
besides full time employment outside the home. I am very interested in
part time work and I am looking for new and different ideas. Basically,
I would like to continue to do some type of work in the library field
and if any group would have ideas it would be this one.

2. I also want to let people know that there will be a job opening in
Putnam, CT. :) The official posting won't be until after budget time but
if anyone is interested please feel free to contact me and I would be
happy to answer any questions. I really want to leave my school in good
hands.:)
