TECH: AR Record Problem

        Our 1st and 2nd grades have been using AR for 2 years.  Last week a
teacher came to me with a problem involving the records of one of her
students.  I thought I would see if anyone has had a similar problem and
found the solution.
        A 2nd grade student had taken about 60 tests this year but her record only
shows tests taken before the end of this past Oct.  We know she's taken the
tests.  She has a reading log and so I looked up the title of the last test
she had taken that day.  It wasn't on her record.  When I tried logging in
as her to take the test again, it said she couldn't take the test because
she had already taken it. (But it's not on her record). The teacher has
checked her other students and there doesn't seem to be a problem with
anyone else.  I went into the Teacher Program under reports and tried
checking a test title to see a list of students who had taken it (I thought
I did it correctly) but the test said that no one had taken it.  If anyone
