We have a problem. Our Columbia system went up in flames and smoke--really! We need to convert our Columbia back up tapes (DOS version--8 years old) to a user friendly Windows system. We're looking at a variety of automation systems, but our biggest problem is that we can't convert the data by ourselves (smoke and fire fried everything!) and we haven't been able to find anyone else who can. Obviously if we found an automation system who could do this, we'd be thrilled. Winnebago can't. Neither can Athena. Is there anyone out there who can suggest where we should go? We look forward to hearing from you!
