Birthday poem/rhyme

I have a group of students looking for a poem or rhyme that one of the
girls read when she was a child.  It goes something like this:

Moday's child is full of grace, Tuesday's child is.....

If anyone can send the entire poem or suggest where we might find it that
would bbe great.
