GEN: RIF

I need some advice about RIF. Is anyone else having problems with RIF
reimbursing their contracted book vendors? We sent our RIF paperwork and
vendor payment (to RIF) the first week of January, and still RIF has not
paid our vendor invoice. RIF claims they can't find the paperwork or the
check. The check has not cleared. Meanwhile, our vendor is breathing down
our neck. Our state coordinator doesn't seem to be much help, sad to say.
My secretary/bookkeeper is ready to pull her hair out, and doesn't want to
stop payment on the original check if she can help it. Help!
