Electronic Bookshelf

I've been "asked" to find information on electronic bookshelf - how much
it costs, can we get a sample copy, a list of books needed, etc.  I
haven't been able to find out how makes the program or who to talk to.
Can anybody help me?  Of course, since it's the end of the year, the
information is needed now!!  I would be most grateful for any help.
