Inventory & Rourke barcodes

Has anyone else experienced problems with Rourke barcodes reading from a PHD
scanner?  We used our new laser PHD from Follett for the first time this
week, and many of the barcodes on books that came processed directly from
Rourke did not scan.  The barcodes do fine with the scanner attached to the
computer, but for some reason we had quite a few problems with the PHD --
upwards to 60 titles.  The labels appear to be a bit smaller than the
standard ones we get from Follett, but otherwise have clear lines.

Any ideas?
