ELEM: caterpillar

The elementary librarians are looking for this project:
a paper caterpillar moves from classroom to classroom,
accumulating segments as kids read books.  There is a
poem which is written on the caterpillar's head.

Can you help us to flesh out this project and provide
the poetry which is written on the caterpillar's head.
