Re: audio recordings of books

Our French teacher told me that during the summer she plans to make audio
tapes of some of the French books we've bought. I believe this is a violation
of the copyright law. Please let me know if I'm right. She is also planning
to write some Accelerated Reader tests on some of the French books.  Maybe a
first?
