Hi Anne ~

on my Harry Potter Website, I have both versions of Harry Potter .  I have =
a link to Amazon in England too, so those of you who would like to =
purchase the English (Bloomsbury)editions may do so.  It only takes a week =
to get them! =20

All three British editions have differnent covers.  I prefer the English =
editions, because it allows a glimpse into another culture with different  =
spellings, idioms, customs.

The last two days I've had a number of 5th graders come to me all excited
because they were about to buy the 4th Harry Potter book.  I told them it
hadn't been written yet.  One girl showed me a picture of it from the web.
It was "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone."  Thanks to LM_NET I was
able to tell them it was the British version of the first book.  They said
"but, the cover is different!".  I'm afraid some of them still don't =
believe
so I told them to have their parents call me before they bought them.  I
hope I can save people from wasting their money.
