leadership training

A club advisor is looking for information on programs for leadership
training.  She is not looking for something to train the students in
leadership skills but wants something that will train the adults who
will in turn work with the students.  She has heard of something called
"LEI" but has no information or address.
Any information on any resources would be apporeciated.
