Catalog Card Assembler

Hey, I have another question.  A librarian was asking me if I knew anything
about a catalog card maker.  It was in the library when she got the job and
there are no instructions on how to use it.  When she tried to use it the
cards got jammed in the printer.  Can anyone out there help.  If she can
figure it out it would save her lots of money!!! She is already low on
funds.  Can anyone help?
