** High Priority ** Hi ~ Noise in the Library? How terrible! I am wondering what people think when they pass my library and the kinders = are dancing to Raffi's "Tinga-layo" or we are singing the 'Index Song' for = 2nd graders. We like to get into the stories and when I am reading aloud = to the class I think they should be participating with all the squeaks and = yells and grunts! It's those monotone readers that want little statues in front of them that = cause Charles Schultz to write the Peanuts cartoons like last night....when= Linus fails "storytime" because he fell asleep. To me a quiet library is intimidating. Just my 5 cents worth.
