I recently received a message asking if I only posted reviews (or
comments) of books that I like. I explained that initially I only
made comments on books that I thought others would find useful to
their collection -- but the responses were so positive that I started
commenting on all the books I read. Now as to many of them
being positive. I do not randomly read books; they have all been
selected either because of positive reviews or comments by others
(students and professionals alike), or because I have liked books
by that author. The books I read are ones purchased to be added
to my collection and I like most (if not all) of you, do not have
unlimited funds so I only purchase ones with positive comments
made by others. After reading the books though, I do not always
agree with other's positive reviews -- as you will note if have been
reading my comments for a while. My comments are mine and I
try to keep them honest and what I feel, not what will please the
most people. Hopefully my rambling in this message will answer
some questions about my book reviews. Thanks for all your nice
comments in the past.
