TARGET: LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS

Dear Fellow LM_Netters,
        I am in the process of collecting data on characteristics found in
leaders in all fields contributing to education, including the Library Media
field.  I am not just interested in those characteristics found in the high
profile leaders, but in the behind-the-scenes ones that make the job of
educating our youth a more successful one, as well.  Please take the time to
laud the leaders in your life by answering the following two questions:

1. Who would you think examplifies outstanding leadership qualities?
2. Why?
