TARGET: paper use

With 30 computers in the media center this year our paper consumption has =
skyrocketed.  In the past we have charged students two cents per page, on =
the honor system, but without good compliance.  Is anyone out there using =
any equipment like the debit cards that are common in colleges?  How do =
others handle student paper consumption?  ( I checked the archives. No =
conversation on this topic for a few years.)  TIA
