The Minnesota Educational Media Organization legislative platform includes
a provision allowing school districts to levy for media center facility
improvements.  Has your state given school districts the ability to levy
for school media center improvements?

Another effort is to reestablish a library media specialist consultant
position within the state department of education.  Does your state have
such a position?
