GEN: Trouble w/Scholastic Reading Counts

Our school used Electronic Bookshelf for two years and we were pleased
with the program.  This past year, they were bought out by Scholastic,
and the program is now called READING COUNTS.  The info, literature and
set-up materials looked extremely promising, but I have been unable to
load the quiz disks, and can never seem to get a customer support person
to call me back and help me figure out what the problem might be.  Have
any of you experienced this same problem?  Are any users out there happy
with the new program?
