TECH: Library World by CASPR

I recently installed the newest update of Library World and I'm having a

few problems. I would like to communicate with anyone who is using it.
My problems include: overdue letters that do not include the student's
homeroom or the price of the item and inablility to get circulation
statistics. I know that the program has a report writing feature where
you can modify the overdue letters. It seems to be using something like
C+ programming language which I do not have a clue about. Has anyone
figured out how to edit the reports? My second problem is that I can not
get circulation statistics. I have tried to print by the week, month, or
year. It will not pick up circulation since last March correctly. Any
ideas? TIA
