Today I rec'd a phone call from a vendor and when I tried to politely say that I was not interested and please not to call again, the caller began saying "I can't hear you, hello? hello?" and then quickly hung up. Has anyone else had this happen? I am wondering if the connection was truly bad or if this is a ploy for the caller not to have to listen to and abide by the request not to call again?
