Thanks to everyone who tried to help me restore the LM_NET folder that I deleted by mistake. Most people advised me to look in the deleted items folder, but that did no good, even before I had closed Outlook Express. Someone said there was an undo in the edit menu, but I didn't find one in mine. I resigned myself to having lost all the messages I had kept in that folder, and created a new LM_NET folder. It is much too easy to click on delete while you have the folder, not the individual message, highlighted. I have done it many times, and usually when the "Are you sure you want to delete this folder? This action cannot be undone" message comes on, I click "no." This time, however, I was tired and in a hurry, and clicked "yes." End of story. Folder gone. Forever. Oh, well. A couple of those haiku error messages we got the other day are quite apt. Thanks again to everyone. I hope this never happens to you. Giulia Greenberg, Librarian Unadilla Valley Middle School S.
