LOL! These are great! I would add the following...

The most in-demand titles are bound to be lost, missing or stolen within the
first month of circulation.

Students who will be leaving your school at the end of the year and moving
to (insert generic state) will always leave with your most popular books
packed with their household items never to be seen again.

The longer a book is not returned, the more likely it is to become
"missing"....always from the teacher who says "We're still using it".....

The teacher in your new school who says she always "does research" with her
class, never "does research" with her class....

Teachers who complain the most that their students don't read, are not
readers themselves.

Deleted computer files are the very ones you need later; meanwhile the saved
files are languishing.

A great computer "work-around" to fix a problem invariably goes awry.
