GEN: Author visit - Gary Blackwood?

Dear LM_NETTERS,

Has anyone had Gary Blackwood as a visiting author?  If so, what grade
levels did he work with and what did he do?  Do you know his fee?

I'm trying to interest my school district in hosting him since he
graduated from a local high school.
