I have begun to tire of Gordon Riley's comments--so I experimented with one of his suggestions. I have set up a filter for messages sent by him--they are going straight to the Trash bin. You can do this in Netscape 4.5 by going to Edit, Message Filters, New. The rest is pretty explanatory.
